Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

All purchases are granted a thirty (30) day approval period from the date of purchase. If you decide not to keep the merchandise, you may ship it back to our warehouse, in the original carton with all accompanying packaging and paperwork. When we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the amount of the purchase, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee. As an authorized dealer, you are granted one exchange per order. Authorized exchanges are for a similar, same cost item.

PoliVaz orders ship domestically via FedEx Ground (1-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and international orders ship via USPS International Priority. Each order's shipping price varies depending on quantity, weight and destination. Shipping estimates are from the time the Postal Service receives your package. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours (except weekends and holidays). International orders take some time to arrive (usually within eight - twelve mailing days) so please be patient.

Tracking your Shipment:
We will send you an email containing the tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. If you need your order quickly, please contact us first for an estimate on how long it will take.

Backordered Items:
If an item is unexpectedly backordered, we will contact you immediately to let you know your options. All backorder and special order items are subject to a 10% re-stock fee if you decide, for whatever reason, not to follow through with the purchase when the merchandise becomes available for shipment. No exceptions!

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Shopping Cart page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped that will include your tracking information.
